Documents required to be submitted at the time of Registration:


• Photograph of Student.
• 6(six) passport size coloured photographs.
• Single passport size coloured photograph of mother.
• Single passport size coloured photograph of father.
• Xerox copy of Birth Certificate (Issued by Municipal Corporation or any other competent Authority).
• Xerox copy of Previous year’s or Last exam Mark Sheet.
• Xerox copy of Pan card of parent (father/mother).
• Xerox copy of Aadhar card of student and parent (father/mother).
• Affidavit for single girl child.
• In case of S.C, S.T, O.B.C (to be supported by valid documents).
• Original Transfer Certificate (T.C) needs to be submitted before the session starts or latest by April,2021.
