The once quiet villages, in and around Sarbari, in the district of Purulia, has grown into a busy iron and steel smelting belt, with the abundant availability of Coal and Iron ore.
GARH PANCHAKOT INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL was founded in 2017 by a group of local educated industrialist, who felt it was necessary and their duty to remain connected with the people, through empowerment educational projects. An English Medium co-educational school became the foremost automatic choice which would uplift the young tribal’s from the villages, to meet the challenges of tomorrow, both in India and the world at large.
GARH PANCHAKOT INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, Affiliated to C.B.S.E, New Delhi, Vide Affiliation No- 2430390 is built on 4 acres of fresh, lush green land, with the majestic Pancahakot Hills overlooking the horizon and providing an ambience of peace and tranquility, well suited for an educational institution.
The School is a modern co-educational institution following C.B.S.E. syllabus and its curriculum is well designed and carefully chosen as per N.C.E.R.T guidelines to meet the demands waiting ahead.
It is headed by well experienced and renowned academician Mr. Jayanta Bhattacharya, Former H.O.D (Physics) Burnpur Riverside school, who has more than 33 years of teaching and administrative experience in reputed schools in India. All the teaching faculties have gone through rigorous training and well qualified acquainted with latest technological advancement for your child for building generation next. The infrastructure, the technological equipments and laboratories that is required to handle modern education, is provided at G.P.I.S. It is based on an International Standard giving the young learners the opportunity to prepare themselves to be able to cope with the competitive world.
The classrooms are spacious and with well ventilated windows providing plenty of Sunlight and fresh air.
